My Scraproom!!!

Here is my beloved scraproom!!! My hubby built all the shelving, table and shelf for my machines. He also installed my pegboard and slat wall. My daughter Marley left me some of her art work on my easels (also built by my hubby). She is so sweet!

Wow, Tammy, it's great! I store my punches the same way. I need a fridge in my room though! Do you like the ribbon rolls on hangers? I've been contemplating doing that.

Thanks ladies!!! I love my scraproom! It is my happy place! :o)

Mamichelle I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE having my spools of ribbon on the pant hangers which I got at the Dollar General store. I have had my ribbon every way known to crafters from folded onto cards, to plastic storage cases, to the ribbon purse you see in the photo which I do still use and like for smaller pieces of ribbon. I have my spools on the pant hangers sorted by color. It is soooooo handy if I need lets say red ribbon for a project to just go grab that hanger, take it to my desk and chose the best color from my entire collection of red ribbon. The pant hangers have by far been my favorite way EVER to store my ribbon. I will be using this system for MANY years to come. I HIGHLY recommend it if you like to keep your ribbon on the spool.

Hi Tammy. I got here from the RA post on Two Peas. I love the easels your husband made! I think that might make it easier for me as well - can you let me know how he did them as I'm betting my husband would be willing to make some for me. Love the lower island desk as well! Thanks so much. Amy

This is one of the best rooms I have ever seen. I absolutely love it. I LOVE the wall color with all the white, and I love that wall of shelving with the books etc on it. Such a great room, such a great job!!
