I was provided with this beautiful paper from My Mind's Eye called Bloom and Grow to create some Xyron Design Team projects. The first layout is of my daughter Marley and her cousin Erin. She always calls Erin her "sister". Since both of the girls are only children they are the closest thing to a sister each other will have in life. So, I used one of my favorite photos of them with Marley hugging Erin and created this page called My Sister At Heart. I hand cut the flowers from the MME paper and used Prima leaves behind them to form a heart shaped flower frame. I then hand cut the flower stem from the MME paper as well. I used my Sizzix machine to cut the chipboard hearts and paper to cover them. I used my Cricut to cut the @ symbol. I even used the paper's title Bloom and Grow from the strip of paper on the bottom of the patterned paper that you cut off and throw away as a subtitle at the bottom of the page. I must say this is one of my favorite layouts that I've created lately.
The next layout with the MME paper is of me. Isn't it so hard to scrap yourself? It is for me anyway. I just loved the birds and the Passionate printed die cut, so I decided to scrap myself and tell a few things I'm passtionate about which are my family, my career, my life and my scrapbooking!

Your layouts are so cute Tammy! I love that MME. (Pssst... you won my blog give-away for NSD! ;D)
Sweet layouts! It is definitely a bit difficult to scrapbook about yourself, but trust me... it is worth it! The kids LOVE to flip through my "me" album and "learn" more about me.
Love your layout about yourself...keep on scrapping! Angela
